Morgan — thanks for the update. Happy to extend the pilot through April and fold in the two additional regions. I'll have Tess send the revised SOW by EOD Friday.

01
Week 01 · Discovery

Map the work, not the tool.

We shadow the role an agent will take — inputs, outputs, decisions, edge cases — and write it down as a spec. The outcome of this week is a document your operators would recognize as their job, only portable.

02
Week 02 · Integration

Wire into your stack.

CRM, Slack, email, phone, calendars, internal tools. The agent learns the shape of your systems through real credentials in a sandboxed environment, and we build reversible connectors — nothing gets written to production until you approve.

03
Week 03 · Deploy

Turn it on, gradually.

Scoped permissions, full audit trail, reversible at every step. The agent begins in dry-run, then takes a single real workflow, then two, then the rest. Every action is logged and queryable, and you can pause the whole thing with one command.

04
Ongoing · Manage

Tune, extend, measure.

Agents aren't set-and-forget. We watch the run log, retune on the edges the agent flags, and extend capabilities as the work changes. The goal isn't uptime — it's compounding leverage quarter over quarter.

06 / Engagements

Three ways to start. One long-term partner.

Every engagement begins with a fixed-scope build and a managed launch window. From there, agents stay on a monthly retainer — they're production software, not an appliance. Models update, integrations shift, and the work itself keeps changing.

01Sandboxed

Scoped permissions. No ambient access to your systems — the agent reaches exactly the tools you authorize, nothing more.

02Audit Trails

Every action logged with timestamps, inputs, outputs, and context. Queryable, exportable, reviewable at any time.

03Enterprise Infra

Built on Anthropic enterprise-grade infrastructure. Not a prompt wrapper over consumer APIs. No training on your data.

The practice

GenZee Agents is a one-person deployment agency based in Central Florida. We build custom AI workers for growing businesses, accelerated by Claude and Manus — so the deliverable is engineering work, not a prompt pack.

We work on a small number of engagements at a time, directly with founders and operators. No account managers. No sales cycle. The person who scopes your agent is the person who ships it.

The approach

Engineering discipline comes first. Agents are production software — they need tests, observability, rollback paths, and a human escalation route. We build that in from day one, not retrofit it after something breaks.

We're honest about what agents can and can't do. When a task doesn't fit an autonomous worker, we say so. Every engagement has a clean exit — your agent, your data, your integrations, documented and portable.

A short brief is enough to start.

We read every intake personally. If it's a fit we'll schedule a call within two business days. If it isn't, we'll tell you — and usually point you somewhere better.
